Nursery

Note: As of July 1, 2022, the following Nursery hours will be implemented.

Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:00 am-1:30 pm; will not reopen for evening hours
Closed Saturday and Sunday

All payments are taken at the front desk.
Members per hour : $2/per child
Non-member per hour: $4/per child
*There is a 15 minute allowance. Any amount over your 15 minutes you will be charged an additional hour.
*You may pay per visit, or punch cards are also available for purchase!

Member Nursery Punch Cards:
5 hours - $10
10 hours - $20
20 hours - $35 (save $5)

Reservations and Cancellation Policies
Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are encouraged, due to staff to child ratio (1:6). Please feel free to call us at 828-452-8064 to make a reservation in advance or to cancel a prior reservation.

Illness Policy
For the safety of everyone, please refrain from bringing your child to the nursery if they have experienced any of the following symptoms in the last 24 hours:

• Fever
• Vomiting
• Diarrhea
• Chicken Pox
• Rashes

*We ask if your child has been kept out of school due to illness, you do not bring them to the nursery.

Food Policy
Snacks, bottles and sippy cups are permitted - please label all items with your childs name. Snacks are also available for purchase at our front desk.

Supplies
Please supply your own disposable diapers, wipes, and other hygiene needs. There is a refrigerator available for bottles, (etc.)

*Children will only be released to the parent/guardian whom signed them in.
*If a child is upset and cannot be be comforted by our staff within a reasonable amount of time (not to exceed 15 minutes) the parent/guardian will be paged overhead.
*Children displaying inappropriate behavior will be verbally warned once, then placed in "time out", then parent or guardian will be paged overhead if behavior continues.
